Standard Cleaning

$90 - $150

Bathroom:

Clean sink, counter, cabinet face and mirrors
Scour shower/tub walls, floors and fixtures
Scour toilets inside and out
Dust shelving, windowsills, moldings and baseboards
Vacuum and mop flooring, including behind toilet

Kitchen:

Wipe down exterior of stove, oven, fridge
Clean cabinet fronts, counter tops and microwaves inside and out
Dust windowsills, shelving, molding and baseboards
Empty sink and load up dishwasher with dirty dishes
Scrub sink area
Vacuum and mop floors

Deep Cleaning

$150 - $250

Includes all items on the Standard Cleaning list. Also includes:

Clean oven, fridge and dishwasher inside and out
Clean inside of cabinets
Dust blinds
Clean interior of windows
Clean doors, door knobs, switch plates, back splashes

Change and Launder Linens

$25

Remove and remake bed with fresh linens
Launder and fold bed linens
Launder and fold towels

Laundry

$25

Collect and sort laundry
Wash, dry, fold and put away

Organization

Includes cleaning and disposal of items in your trash and recycle bins. We will also drop off donated items to nearby locations.

Decluttering

$50 p/hr

Sort items to keep, give away, toss or sell.
Create storage solutions for kept items using client's existing storage items. Client will be invoiced for any storage materials purchased.

Inventory and Catalogue

$100 p/hr

Sort items into owner approved categories
Assign a code to each, item, category and location
Store items in defined location
Create inventory list
